Location: Tice Valley Post Acute Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will help ensure appropriate staffing coverage to support exceptional resident care while working closely with nursing leadership and team members. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoy coordinating schedules and solving staffing challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Fill open shifts by contacting available staff and maintaining staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate employee schedules, attendance, and staffing records.
- Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership and department managers.
- Assist with tracking overtime, call-offs, and schedule changes.
- Ensure compliance with facility staffing requirements and policies.
- Provide administrative support related to staffing and scheduling.
- Foster positive communication with employees while promoting teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous staffing, scheduling, or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing staffing needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
