· Number of Beds – 25 inpatient – can take up to 27 total with the addition of ED holds

· Number of Staff –

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – Charge + 4-5 RNS & 2-3 PCTs/HUC (House Sup on Sat/Sun)

o Night Shift – Charge + 4-5 RNS & 2-3 PCTS (House Sup everynight)

· Patient Ratios –

· Type of equipment – BiPAP, Vapotherm, Lifts, Baxter Pumps, Telemetry/Continuous O2

· EMR - Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Telemetry experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· ICU experience
