Requisitos indispensables (No negociables)
- Licencia de conductor vlida de Florida: Se requiere historial de manejo limpio para operar los camiones de servicio de la empresa.
- Ms de 5 aos de experiencia dedicada a riego: Trayectoria comprobada en sistemas comerciales o residenciales de alta gama.
- Dominio de sistemas de 2 hilos (2-Wire): Competencia avanzada con sistemas Hunter ACC2/ICD y Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM (decodificadores, rastreo de cables abiertos, cortocircuitos y rastreo de rutas de cableado).
- Habilidades de diagnstico elctrico: Experiencia prctica utilizando multmetros, localizadores de cables y localizadores de vlvulas para pruebas de resistencia de solenoides, amperaje y voltaje.
- Conocimientos hidrulicos: Experiencia en diagnstico de vlvulas atascadas/con fugas, fallas en diafragmas y reparaciones de tuberas principales y laterales de PVC de alta presin.
Responsabilidades clave
- Diagnosticar, reparar y dar mantenimiento de forma independiente a sistemas de riego convencionales y de 2 hilos complejos.
- Utilizar localizadores y medidores de diagnstico avanzados para rastrear fallas, encontrar vlvulas enterradas y reparar cortocircuitos elctricos eficientemente.
- Programar controladores comerciales, disear horarios de riego personalizados y realizar auditoras de sistemas.
- Documentar claramente las notas del trabajo y recomendar mejoras del sistema directamente a administradores de propiedades y propietarios.
