Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Nurse – Medical

Schedule: Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday coverage required.

Assignment Details: Position may require floating to other units.

Requirements:

• Current nursing license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and policies.
• Document patient care accurately and according to standards.
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance.
• Provide clinical guidance to support patients' longitudinal care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate as necessary.
