Developer-Full Stack Senior

Job Title: Developer-Full Stack Senior Location: Plano TX or McLean, VA - Experience the vibrant and diverse culture of McLean, VA, while working onsite with a dynamic team. Salary Range: $160K-$170K Introduction This is a multifaceted role combining development expertise, end-user technology proficiency, and technical evangelism. The focus is on designing, building, and advocating for developer workspaces and tooling to enable seamless developer onboarding and day-2 support. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Python and Java development Strong understanding of design principles Ability to explain designs and solutions clearly Experience in educating other developers Proven experience in development and end-user technology Excellent communication and advocacy skills Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
