Memory Care LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse

Looking for our next all-star Memory Care LPN/Licensed Practical Nurses with memory care experience for our Full Time 11pm - 7am Shift . Charter Senior Living is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents. LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse POSITION SUMMARY:

A LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse is one of the main support providers to our residents. The position aids residents in the Assisted Living Program through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation, and evaluation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. The position will enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile all while embracing teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
