Tax Partner / Director (Path to Equity) – Cleveland, OH

Build and lead a manufacturing-focused tax practice with immediate leadership visibility and a clear path to equity.

A well-established Cleveland-based CPA firm is seeking a senior tax leader to step into a Partner-track role , working directly with the Managing Partner to expand and modernize the firm’s tax services across Northeast Ohio.

This is not a back‑office role—this is a practice-building opportunity .

What You’ll Own

Lead and grow a manufacturing-focused tax practice
Manage and expand relationships with middle‑market clients
Provide strategic tax planning (not just compliance)
Mentor and develop tax staff and managers
Drive business development in the Northeast Ohio market
CPA with 10–15+ years in public accounting
Strong experience with:
Pass‑through entities (S‑corps, partnerships)
Middle‑market / privately held companies
High‑net‑worth clients
Proven ability (or strong interest) in building client relationships
Background in regional or Big 4 firm preferred
