Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform (InSight DXP) Key Responsibilities Architect the buyer‑focused technical narrative for InSight DXP, synthesising complex technical inputs into a high‑impact, visionary story and roadmap that defines our market category and establishes industry leadership. Lead the GTM strategy for platform launches, partnering with Product, Program Management and Enablement teams to orchestrate the GTM blueprint, creating white papers, solution briefs, reference architectures, implementation guides and website content that drive customer awareness and ensure commercial readiness. Shape how the market defines our space by driving the strategy for industry analyst briefings, influencing perceptions, and guiding criteria used to evaluate the category. Own the definition of the ideal customer profile and buyer personas, synthesising unspoken enterprise needs into high‑impact messaging and strategic feedback loops that influence the product roadmap. Ensure global sales teams, systems integrators and hyperscaler partners have high‑fidelity technical content optimized for action, translating innovation into impact through reference architectures and strategic sales assets. Measuring Success Increase win rates in competitive bake‑offs by delivering high‑fidelity technical evidence that empowers the field to articulate platform value and reduce sales friction. Drive broader customer awareness and engagement among IT leaders through strategic storytelling and technical thought leadership. Improve placement and representation of our technical capabilities within key industry reports to establish category leadership. Enhance discoverability and authority of our technical product information across professional search and AI discovery tools. Qualifications 7–10+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Engineering or Product Management, with preferred experience as a Technical Product Marketing Manager for a B2B SaaS platform. Pioneer mindset and a proven record of creating strategic narratives and driving GTM approaches in fast‑paced, matrixed environments. Deep understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and the IT ecosystem, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into marketing strategies that drive global platform adoption. Exceptional ability to tailor technical narratives for diverse audiences—from architects and sales teams to executives—with a focus on clarity and field‑readiness. Proven experience supporting or leading analyst briefings, navigating high‑stakes technical inquiries and shaping analyst perception. Insight & data fluency: ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback and quantitative market data to define the ideal customer profile and buyer personas and pivot marketing strategies based on evidence.
