Racker Location: Santa Ana, CA Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour

Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity where you can learn new skills and grow? We are hiring Rackers to help prepare metal parts for the painting and finishing process. This is a great entry-level position for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a production team.

Training will be provided, and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Hang metal parts on racks and wires according to size and shape requirements
Carefully remove finished parts from racks to prevent damage
Perform close-range visual inspections to ensure finished parts meet quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Entry-level position; training provided
Previous warehouse or manufacturing environment experience required
Strong attention to detail and good close-range vision
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome; English is not required
