A leading global law firm is seeking a Practice Manager to join the team in support of their Investigations andWhite Collarpractice in Washington, D.C. Who You Are You have4+years ofrelevant law firmexperience(Practice Manager,lawyer,orparalegal) Bachelor’s degreerequired; JD or MBA preferred Experience supporting Investigations, White Collar, or regulatory practices preferred Strong financial and operational judgment Comfortable partnering with senior attorneys and firm leadership Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio What You’ll Do Drive business operations for a prominent Investigations andWhite Collarpractice Convert leadership priorities into actionable plans tied to revenue, profitability, and growth Monitor financial performance,utilization, and key metrics to inform decisions Oversee staffing alignment and workload balance across the team Coordinate with finance, talent, business development, innovation, and IT to advance practice goals Support lateral onboarding and integration Manage budgeting, reporting rhythms, and core operational processes Strengthen client engagement by partnering with legal operations stakeholders Prepare practice leadership for meetings and strategic planning sessions What Success Looks Like Strategic initiatives move from concept to execution with measurable results Financial insights drive proactive decision-making Staffing is balanced and responsive to demand Operations run smoothly with clear accountability Leadership is equipped with structure, data, and execution support Salary Range $145,000 – 215,000 annually, based on experience Location Washington, D.C. – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
