Presale – Brand Ambassador Job Description & Performance Expectations

POSITION OVERVIEW

Department : Presales | Part-Time, Hourly

Crunch Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team. The Brand
Ambassador will focus on spreading awareness, building excitement, and connecting with the community. As a
Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Crunch — sharing our energy, promoting memberships, and helping
deliver the “No Judgments” experience we're known for.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Sales & Lead Generation
• Engage prospects in conversations about membership options and confidently guide them through the
sign-up process
• Collect leads and assist with presale sign-ups and event registrations
• Engage with potential members to share information about our special project
• Work closely with the Crunch team to meet project goals

Community Outreach & Brand Awareness
• Represent Crunch Fitness at community events, pop-ups, and in high-traffic areas
• Distribute promotional materials, giveaways, and offer letters
• Build excitement and create brand awareness through face-to-face interactions and social media
engagement

Standards & Compliance
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
This position is based at a Crunch Fitness club currently in presales. Team members in this role may also be
asked to perform these responsibilities at other Crunch Fitness locations as business needs require.
