About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Coos Bay, Oregon. The technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining high standards of image quality, patient safety, and professional care.
Candidates should have recent hospital-based radiologic technology experience and be comfortable working a dedicated Friday through Sunday night schedule.
Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.

Position patients appropriately and obtain high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Operate radiologic imaging equipment and follow appropriate radiation safety and infection prevention practices.

Review imaging studies for technical quality and maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation.

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support efficient patient care.
Requirements

Minimum 1 Year of Previous Radiologic Technologist Experience in a Hospital Setting Required.

Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program Required.

Current ARRT Certification in the Relevant Modality Required.

Current Oregon Radiologic Technologist License Required; Eligible Recent Graduates May Hold an Applicable Temporary Oregon Permit as Allowed by the Assignment.

Current BLS Certification Required; Image Wisely and Image Gently Pledge Certificates Required or Must Be Obtained Within 30 Days as Specified.
This contract opportunity is well suited for a Radiologic Technologist with strong hospital imaging experience who is comfortable working a weekend night schedule.
