Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Requirements:Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.Working Hours:Level 2, 3, and 6 Homes: 4 days on / 2 days off on a rotating schedule.Schedules and shift times vary by home and operational needs.Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and/or hiring process.Ready to Join Our Team?Applying is easy!
