Job Title: 1st Shift Welder: $23-$25 based on weld test results Job Description The role involves MIG welding and fabrication tasks in the tube shop on a 10‑hour shift starting at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., or 7 a.m. It requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working 40‑50 hours per week. Responsibilities Conduct MIG welding Read and interpret blueprints and work diagrams Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication tasks Work primarily in the tube shop to complete projects efficiently Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with various materials, including stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum Familiarity with hand and power tools Understanding of fabrication techniques Why Work Here?
