Most excitingly, our story is still unfolding, and incredible growth opportunities lie ahead... WHAT IS THE JOB? As the Assistant, Logistics and Production you will be assisting the production team with any task that arises.  This position is ideal for a highly multi-functional, "roll up your sleeves," entrepreneurial professional who wants to learn about garment manufacturing and supply chains. The right person will be able to multitask and learn how to problem solve on a daily basis. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?Data entry for both AM & SM lines into the existing systemsData maintenance in company systemsBarcodes & LabelingCreate barcode files for both AM & SM, coordinating with internal teams to confirm correct UPC format and pricing data before finalizingCheck barcodes, care labels, and trims for both AM & SM for compliance with brand and country-of-origin requirementsShip hangtags and barcodes to vendorsTOP (Top of Production) ManagementCheck in TOP samples for both AM & SM; update WIP files with dates and approvalsPrep samples for fittings - steam, iron, and flag any QC issues beforehandAssist production team with vendor care label and hangtag approvalsManage in house Trims & Supplies closetOrder QC items and trim-related supplies (barcode stickers, hangtags) through the warehouse management systemAttend weekly product status meetingsWHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS? Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly build cross functional relationships and collaborationHighly organized and detail oriented, likes to find a needle in a haystack. Motivated, resourceful problem solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.
