Staff Engineer, Distributed Systems & Automation

SwiftCruit is building a high-performance runtime for agents that coordinate across diverse platforms and systems. You’ll own the runtime behind every agent run, including workers, sandboxes, files, skills, authenticated browsers, durable state, retries, recovery, and the API and CLI around the system. You’ll work directly with a small engineering team on a product that touches customer software and real budgets, so reliability and correctness matter.
