Assistant Salon Manager

Last week our average effective wage was $32.96/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 MSRP) just for coming in for an interview. Hands‑on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barber’s license required. What are salon owners looking for in a great Assistant Salon Manager?
