About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian (RD/LD) at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in the dietary care of our residents. Your expertise in nutrition and dietetics will help our residents thrive and maintain optimal health. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized dietary plans for residents
• Providing nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care and nutrition plans
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition care planning and implementation
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
