Address: 13650 SW 140th St, Miami, FL 33186 Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center: Address: 7901 W McNab Rd, Tamarac, FL 33321: Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing: Address: 6343 Via De Sonrisa Del Sur, Boca Raton, FL 33433 Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center, Tamarac Rehabilitation and Health Center and Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing. Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF): FULL-TIME POSITION: This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PTA. * Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
* SNF or post-acute experience preferred
