Human Resources (HR) Rep IV (Contractor)Immediate need for a talented Human Resources (HR) Rep IV (Contractor). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote).Key Responsibilities:Handle escalated Employee Self-Service (ESS) and client inquiries, interpreting policies and advanced tax and payroll issues.Address escalated employee relations questions and inquiries delegated by HR Advisors.Investigate unique and complex HR-related issues, resolving them directly with employees and managers.Lead team support for new service projects transitioning with designated departments.Update and improve the department database to enhance service efficiency and educate team members.Evaluate existing work processes, making recommendations for improvements to optimize resource use.Provide support to lower-level representatives and new staff, ensuring a collaborative service environment.Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:8+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex policies and guidelines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Experience in handling escalated HR issues and employee relations.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support team alignment.Our client is a leading Telecom Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
