If you thrive on staying alert, communicating clearly, and working safely around high heat and heavy equipment, you’ll feel at home here.Why this roleIt’s challenging, rewarding, and designed for growth—starting strong and progressing quickly for those who show up and perform.Compensation and incentivesStarting wage: $23.08 per hourIncreases to $26.68 after 90 days with strong attendance and performanceSign-on bonus: $300 after 90 days (Rehires not eligible)Retention bonus: $600 after 9 months (Rehires not eligible)Schedule and balance12-hour rotating shifts—7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM—and you will rotate between days and nights. Rotation pattern: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off, then repeat. You’ll work 15 days per month and have 7 days off within the cycle, supporting work-life balance.Could this be you?High School Diploma or equivalentManufacturing background and a safety-first approachEthical, motivated, goal-focused, and energized by challengesComfortable in a fast-moving operation with 24/7/365 coverageStrong communicator with basic computer skills (Excel included)What you’ll handleAssist with all aspects of furnace operations to keep production on paceMonitor conditions around furnaces and respond to changing needsOperate forklifts and manage materials safelyRecord simple data and checks in Microsoft ExcelSupport housekeeping and safe work practicesEnvironment and safetyThis is an industrial manufacturing setting with extreme heat near furnaces. PPE is required. You may work in confined areas or at heights at times.Physical readinessLift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbsUse vision to examine equipment, judge distance, and differentiate colorsMaintain awareness of moving traffic/equipment and team member locationsUse touch and smell to detect equipment issuesSpeak clearly, understand instructions, and hear safety alarmsClimb ladders, balance, and work at heights for extended periodsFrequent walking, standing, reaching, crouching, sitting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and turning of the torsoTools of the tradeForkliftsBasic computer systems and Microsoft ExcelPicture yourself helping the line hit its targets each shift—safely, efficiently, and as part of a crew that has your back.
