What You'll Do Install water heaters (tank and tankless) Install water softeners and filtration systems Perform whole-home repipes Install sewer and water service lines Install fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals Complete gas line installations Perform excavation-related plumbing installations when required Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Complete all required documentation using ServiceTitan Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or Journeyman preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and communication Commitment to doing the job right the first time Preferred Experience Tankless water heater installations Water treatment systems Sewer replacements PEX repipes ServiceTitan experience What We Offer Competitive pay with performance-based incentives Company vehicle Company-provided uniforms Paid training and continued professional development Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Modern technology and equipment Shows up on time, every time.
