We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist / Clerical Assistant to provide front-desk and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers, clients, and staff. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to basic questions and provide information to customers and visitors
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Enter data and maintain accurate records
• File, scan, copy, and organize documents
• Receive and distribute mail and other correspondence
• Assist staff with day-to-day office tasks
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and employees
• Provide Spanish/English communication assistance when needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, clerical, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM–4:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
