Client Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients at both of our locations. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures at both clinic locations Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules Provide information about services, treatments, and clinic policies to clients Process payments and handle billing transactions accurately Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations Support clinic team members with administrative tasks as needed Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude Ability to work at both clinic locations as required High school diploma or equivalent; additional veterinary or medical office training is a plus We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
