Retail Shift Leader: Drive Sales & Customer Experience

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, ensure store standards, and handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash management across locations. You will also lead by example, engage customers, and promote the store's loyalty program, all while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere aligned with MINISO USA's promise of Life is for Fun. #J-18808-Ljbffr Miniso
