Enjoy comprehensive benefits, consistent weekly pay, and the chance to make a difference in diverse patient care settings.Quick Facts:Location: Shreveport, LA (2510 West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop)Start Date: 09/08/2026End Date: 12/05/2026Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (7p-7a)Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (rotation options including 7 on/7 off, 3/2, or 5/2)Employment Type: Contract (Travel/Agency)Licensure/Certs: LA State Licensure, BLS, NRP required; ACLS/PALS preferredExperience: Minimum 2+ years in respiratory care, high-risk deliveries experience preferredPay & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay of $70.35Weekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Provide respiratory support for patients in high-acuity units including ED, ICU, Stepdown, Med/Tele, and L&D with high-risk deliveriesManage airway and ventilator equipment, including Neonatal intubation and neonatal airway managementAdminister inhaled medications, including nitric oxide, and perform ABG analysisAssist in emergency responses such as Code Blue and rapid response situationsSupport NICU, PICU, and adult patients, including high-risk neonatal deliveriesFloats between multiple campuses within driving distance, supporting various department needsWhat You Need:LA State Licensure for Respiratory TherapyNational Accreditation through NBRC (CRT or RRT)Minimum of 2 years of relevant respiratory care experience, including high-risk deliveries supportCurrent BLS certification; NRP strongly required; ACLS/PALS preferredProficiency with ventilator and airway management equipment, including Servo U, Trilogy, V60, and NICU oscillatorsAbility to work independently and in a team, with flexible adaptability to floating across campusesAbout the Assignment:Join a dynamic respiratory care team at a leading healthcare facility in Shreveport, LA.
