International Operations Associate Position Title: International Operations Associate Reports to: International Operations Supervisor Location: US-Based; Remote Launch Global (LG) exists to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups. LG currently mobilizes the church in the U.S. and 23 countries. We currently have staff located in 3 different countries. Our hope is that as laborers and leaders are trained and sent well to unreached peoples, they will see a multiplying impact among the lost. With over 7,000 unreached people groups remaining, the missional task of the Church will require the involvement of the global body of Christ. The International Operations Department serves and supports the operational needs of international staff in order to accelerate their efforts to catalyze the sending of laborers from local churches around the globe to the unreached. The International Operations Team is overseen by the International Operations Director and is composed of both US-based International Operations staff and Field Office staff based in Thailand. The International Operations Department works to establish and maintain systems and structures, supporting the vision of Launch Global's international mobilization efforts. The International Operations Associate will work on the International Operations Team and alongside other support teams to accomplish this goal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support project planning for international initiatives. Support international event planning and execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from field teams and implementing enhancements that better serve them. Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross team projects to support international staff. Maintain and update operational policies to support international teams. Manage administrative tasks within digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace) to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across international teams Provide recruiting and onboarding administrative support. Maintain meeting minutes and documentation for the Operations Team. Coordinating calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones to support international team collaboration. Conduct quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications. Managing logistics for care packages and essential supplies to support international staff. Date entry for systems management. Equip international staff through training on operational procedures, tools, and best practices. Additional Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Raise and maintain 105% of your monthly financial support goal. Required domestic travel within the U.S. to collaborate with other departments, Opportunities for international travel to support international staff, but not required. Estimated travel requirements would be 1-2 times a year. Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE). Understand, affirm and adhere to Launch Global's Statement of Faith.
