Commissioning & Energy Project Manager

Overview Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence). Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings. Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering. 5+ years of relevant experience. Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.). Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities. Knowledge of New England area. EIT or PE preferred. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
