It specializes exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials but will also automatically reload that material back on the carrying surface of the belt.The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Associate II to support the daily logistics operations by assisting with receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials and finished goods. This intermediate-level role works independently to ensure accurate and timely shipments, troubleshoots issues, and ensures efficiency and accuracy across logistics processes.The TeamYou will be supported in this role by the AGI Logistics team and on-site logistics team consisting of shipping, receiving, and inventory control professionals.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute daily logistics operations with minimal supervisionTroubleshoot discrepancies and resolve routine issuesTrain new Level 1 employeesEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety standardsCoordinate across departments (production, planning, customer service)Department Specific ResponsibilitiesShipping:Coordinate daily shipment schedules and prioritiesGenerate shipping documentation (BOLs, labels)Interface with carriers and resolve shipping issuesReceiving:Inspect incoming materials for quality/damageProcess receipts in ERP system accuratelyCoordinate returns or discrepancies with suppliersAbility to receive inbound materials and identify discrepancies between purchased components and job requirementsInternational Shipping:Prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists)Ensure compliance with customs regulationsAbility to work with AGI Logistics to gather and provide accurate documentation, ensuring proper classification and use of logistics codesCoordinate with AGI Logistics to prepare documentation for freight forwarders and brokersInventory Management:Analyze inventory discrepancies and root causesMaintain accurate system transactionsSupport audits and inventory optimizationAbility to receive inbound materials and identify discrepancies between purchased components and job requirementsInventory Management should be capable of sourcing accurate part numbers, analyzing historical usage patterns, and identifying trends to improve decision-makingTruck Loader (Yard):Plan efficient trailer loading for space and weight distributionManage dock schedules and yard flowEnsure proper documentation accompanies shipmentsLoading and organizing full truckloads based on component weights and dimensions, aligned with product styleQualifications:2+ years of experience in international shipping, logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.Working knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping documentation.Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP or transportation management systemsExperience with international trade compliance programsAPICS, CSCMP, or other logistics-related certificationsWhy Hi Roller?We're leading the way in global food supply chain solutions and here's how: We're the leading global expert in providing farmers, processors and commercial customers with the right equipment and customized engineering solutions to produce, protect and deliver the world's grain, fertilizer, seed, feed and food supplies.
