Pay Rate: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience; industrial painting experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience using paint application equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- ERP system experience (Epicor or similar) and Lean Manufacturing knowledge are a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in high-heat conditions while wearing a respirator, paint suit, and required PPE.
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment in various working positions.
- Prepare, paint, and finish manufactured parts using customer-specific industrial coatings.
- Operate and maintain industrial spray guns, sandblasting equipment, pressure washers, overhead cranes, and scissor lifts.
- Inspect painted products for quality, accuracy, coating thickness, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor paint inventory, replace filters, and communicate supply needs to supervisors and purchasing teams.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain equipment, clean spray guns, and keep work areas organized and safe.
- Assist other production departments as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
