Field Service Coordinator

Field Service Coordinator Shermco is looking for a Field Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through close-out Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and timelines Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within scope, budget, and deadlines Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks and recommend corrective actions Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements, specifications, and industry standards Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success Provide administrative support as needed, including document tracking and reporting Perform other duties as assigned by management Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in project coordination or project support (preferably in an industrial or electrical services environment) Strong scheduling and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with teams Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER | DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE Shermco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
