The position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while managing relationships with line of business and third-party stakeholders. The role also involves leading a team of Facility Management professionals.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Managing the performance and outcomes of assigned staffInterfacing with third-party owners (Landlords) to ensure contract compliance and resolve tenant relations issuesProviding facility services in accordance with account standards, policies, and proceduresEnsuring compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant laws and regulationsCoordinating and managing Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geographyPreparing, submitting, and managing facility budgets, tracking variances, and overseeing recovery processesSupporting the collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenantsExecuting staff development plans and participating in compensation planning processesDesired Experience And Technical SkillsRequirements:8+ years of experience in managing facilities servicesBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and educationStrong leadership and relationship building skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skillsSuperior verbal/written communication and presentation skillsProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceKnowledge of standard business and accounting practicesProficiency in Excel and data analysisPreferred:Advanced degreeCPM, RPA, or CSM designationReal estate licenseThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:134,200.00 – 164,400.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
