Kitchen Manager - Lead a High-Volume Kitchen Team

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to take command of our fast-paced casual dining operation in Conyers. You'll lead a dedicated team, maintain exceptional food quality, and drive operational excellence in one of the region's busiest kitchens.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise cooking staff
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Enforce health codes and food safety protocols
Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and optimize workflow
Control inventory, reduce waste, and manage food costs

What We're Looking For

3+ years managing a high-volume kitchen or line
Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
Experience managing during peak service times
Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
