HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor

Acute Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the best comfort solutions for their needs. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating customers, and helping them make informed decisions regarding HVAC system replacements, upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and energy-efficient comfort options.

This role works with a combination of company-generated leads, technician-generated opportunities, and customer referrals, allowing you to focus on helping customers rather than cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and light commercial customers to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Respond to leads generated through service technicians, maintenance visits, marketing efforts, and customer inquiries.
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations.
• Present repair versus replacement options in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and financing options.
• Educate customers on system efficiency, warranties, maintenance agreements, and indoor air quality products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, proposals, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with service technicians, installers, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and replacement sales.
• Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM software and mobile technology.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
