Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager | Greater Cleveland Area (Hybrid) We're partnering with a growing financial services organization that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and oversee a team of accounting professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, financial reporting, process improvement, and hands-on accounting responsibilities. The position offers exposure to both domestic and international accounting activities while partnering closely with executive finance leadership. Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting Manage and develop a team of accounting staff Maintain internal controls and accounting policies Support internal and external audits Coordinate accounting activities across multiple international entities Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Accounting leadership experience with direct reports Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience Sage ERP experience strongly preferred CPA or Master's degree is a plus Financial services experience is helpful but not required Location: Greater Cleveland Area Schedule: Hybrid after onboarding period #J-18808-Ljbffr
