Practice Info Outpatient (weekday) Offices conveniently spread throughout the state, including Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn Well-appointed offices, an EMR system with electronic prescribing, peer consultation groups, and dedicated professionals with whom to collaborate Administrative support staff for billing and collecting, credentialing, insurance authorizations, scheduling appointments, and collection of payments Responsibilities Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice Participate in regular Grand Rounds led by subject matter experts Attend weekly consult hours with clinical leadership Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (for those interested in teaching) Compensation $300,000 - $373,000 a year Competitive compensation package Cash bonus program for high productivity Above average W2 compensation package Compensation model based on productivity Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match CME stipend Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Sign-on bonus Free CME's or yearly stipend Full benefits package including medical, vision, disability and 401(k) match Shift & Schedule In-person or in hybrid models, setting their own scheduled hours and appointment lengths Flexible scheduling & strong work-life balance with option for all telehealth Qualifications M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
