Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Experienced Business Analyst responsible for leading discovery efforts, documenting current-state IT processes, identifying documentation gaps, and creating structured analysis artifacts to enhance operational resilience and knowledge management within IT environments. Responsibilities:

Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and identify gaps. Create process maps, matrices, and various analysis artifacts. Gather and prioritize requirements for SOPs, runbooks, and recovery documentation. Support documentation standards, backlog tracking, and governance activities. Required Skills & Certifications:

10+ years of business analysis experience in IT environments. Strong skills in requirements gathering, facilitation, and stakeholder management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Visio. Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience with documentation recovery, process standardization, or knowledge management. Familiarity with cybersecurity, disaster recovery, or IT service management documentation. Knowledge of SharePoint, ITIL, NIST, or CIS. Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL Foundation. Special Considerations:

Position requires fully onsite work. Scheduling:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Contract duration: 12 months. Interview process includes work sample review and panel interview.
