Dietary Aide Opportunity at Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and RehabilitationHamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Dietary Aide to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents. As a Dietary Aide at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.Dietary Aide ResponsibilitiesServe meals in accordance with established portion control proceduresAssist in daily or scheduled cleaning dutiesSet up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructedAssist cook in preparing mealsDistribute and collect menus as necessaryPrepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelinesEnsure that food and supplies for meals are readily availableAssist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessaryDietary Aide RequirementsHigh school diploma or its equivalentCOVID-19 VaccinationPreferredPrevious experience in long-term careWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleGenerous employee referral bonusWeekly payrollMedical and dental coverage401kPaid time offCEU-eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional development trainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
