In this critical role, they are responsible for calculating employee wages, processing timesheets, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. They will play an essential role in maintaining payroll records while also addressing inquiries related to payroll matters from employees and management alike. Utilizes analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and implement improvements in payroll workflows, fostering a compliant and efficient work environment. This position requires a thorough understanding of union workforce, current labor laws and regulations to guarantee that all payroll practices are compliant.
