Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Adult Critical Care unit. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the Meditech system.
• Assist in developing care plans and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Adult Critical Care.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
