This position is responsible for performing all customer service and teller functions accurately and with the highest level of quality service.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOpening new accountsProcessing account transactionsCashing checksIssuing money orders and cashier's checksCross-selling other bank productsMaintaining account recordsEncoding items for processingDaily balancing and safeguarding of cash drawerAttendance is essential function of the jobQualifications Education and ExperienceA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredPrior experience is preferred Skills and AbilitiesExcellent customer service skills including attentiveness and information retentionStrong ability to work with others in a manner exhibiting tact and diplomacyEmphasis on accuracy and attention to detailWorking knowledge of computers and general office equipment
