PT Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach

Job Description Virginia Wesleyan University, a NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for a Part‑time Assistant Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of the men’s and women’s golf program including managing and coaching tournaments. Conduct course reviews and assist with course management at practice rounds. Plan and conduct practices. Assist with team travel, equipment and resource maintenance, fundraising and other administrative duties assigned by the Director of Golf or Director of Athletics. Ensure compliance with NCAA, Old Dominion Athletic Conference and institutional rules and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in coaching or as a college golfer preferred. Knowledge of the golf swing and its mechanics. Valid driver’s license and insurable by the college’s auto insurance carrier.
