Senior Fund Manager

Leading a complex portfolio of partners, the full-time Senior Fund Administration Manager will manage a team of Fund Administrators to ensure fund stewardship, workflow execution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional partner service in a high-volume environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the relationship lead for a portfolio, ensuring high-quality stewardship and partner satisfaction Lead, develop, and coach a team of Fund Administrators in grants processing and financial reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fund administration workflows and ensure data integrity Required qualifications 7 years of experience in fund administration, donor services, or philanthropic operations, or 9 years without a bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in a supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools Experience supporting DAF/CAF/SEF administration is strongly preferred Ability to manage confidential and sensitive donor information with professionalism
