Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)
Location: Glenshaw, PA (On-site)
Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hr

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and equipment. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing shop equipment/machines; supporting facility maintenance needs; and completing maintenance directives provided by the supervisor.

What you will do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment (pneumatic/hydraulic systems, machining centers)
Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, alignments, inspections, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues
Use diagnostic tools such as meggers, voltmeters, and multi-meters
Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes
Support overtime and on-call maintenance needs when required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (required)
2–3+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
Strong understanding of mechanical principles related to CNC and manufacturing equipment
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, wire components, and preventive maintenance procedures
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Ability to stand/walk/bend and lift up to 50 lbs. for 8–10 hours/day
Ability to work with both hands to safely control tools, equipment, and materials
Associate degree or technical training/certification is a plus
