Role Description The Resident Wellness Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ. This position involves developing and implementing wellness programs designed to enhance the overall quality of life for residents. Daily responsibilities include creating and organizing wellness activities, conducting individual and group assessments, collaborating with other team members and community organizations, and addressing the diverse needs of residents. The role also entails monitoring program effectiveness, providing guidance, and fostering an inclusive and supportive community for residents. Qualifications Strong skills in program development, event planning, and coordinating wellness activities Proficiency in individual and group needs assessments and problem-solving Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, staff, and external partners Experience in community engagement and building partnerships Ability to demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a client-centered approach Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with social services or similar fields is highly beneficial Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred Experience working with diverse populations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona
