Job Location: Pelham, AL 35124

Job Duration: 12 months Contract

Est. Pay Range: $18/hr on w2

Work Type: On Site

Shift: 1st shift (7am-4pm)

Description:

• Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
• Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
• Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring to inquiries.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

Job description:

• Answer phones 2nd line of defense for calls
• Book T&M jobs, order parts or issue POs for T&M as needed.
• Dispatching as needed
• Ensuring parts are returned to RC in a timely manner
• Need to return calls when applicable
• Keep warehouse organized moving parts around (no heavy lifting or machine operation)

Key Capabilities & Skills Needed:

• Detail oriented
• Previous dispatch experience
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Planning Skills
• Organization and timeliness

Experience:

• 2 to 3+ years in dispatch & operations, administration, or a related support role.

Education:

HS Diploma/GED
