Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in emergency room care to provide expert clinical support within a dynamic healthcare environment. Schedule Details: Day shifts available: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Call rotation includes: One weekday call (3:30 pm - 7:00 pm); One weekend call every four weeks (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) Qualifications & Certifications: Valid RN license with proven ER clinical experience Current NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively during high-pressure situations Proficient in patient triage, assessment, and rapid-response protocols Detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and within a team environment Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Primary Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate and efficient emergency care to patients of varying acuity Accurately assess, triage, and implement appropriate care plans Manage quickly changing patient conditions and notify physicians as needed Document all patient assessments, interventions, medications, and observations clearly Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes Participate in call rotations as scheduled, maintaining readiness for emergent cases This role offers a supportive team atmosphere and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes in the ER. $2,323 - $2,458/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates.
