About the Role

Your mission is to increase high-quality demand participation and create deeper, faster liquidity for every vehicle entering Bidbus.

For every vehicle, Bidbus needs to identify and engage multiple relevant buyers at the right moment . The more effectively we match inventory with the right demand—and motivate those buyers to participate—the stronger competition, price discovery and marketplace liquidity become.

You'll own the product systems and growth loops that make this happen, including matching and recommendations, personalized discovery, engagement mechanics, promotions and incentives, notifications, auction experiences, re-engagement and new 0→1 product concepts.

We want to rethink the B2B marketplace experience by bringing the best ideas from consumer marketplaces —personalization, real-time interactions, gamification, competition, discovery and habit-forming engagement.

What You’ll Own

• Own the demand-side marketplace growth strategy , roadmap, experimentation agenda and core KPIs.

• Increase high-quality demand participation, bidding frequency, retention and purchase frequency.

• Build products that match each vehicle with multiple relevant buyers , improving recommendations, ranking, personalization and discovery.

• Create compelling growth and engagement loops through new marketplace experiences, gamification, incentives, promotions, notifications, auction mechanics and other product bets.

• Identify where demand and liquidity break down—and build scalable product solutions across markets, vehicle segments and buyer segments.

• Use behavioral and marketplace data to continuously improve matching, engagement and competitive price discovery.

• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data and Marketplace Operations to rapidly test, learn and scale new ideas.

• Lead ambitious 0→1 bets that can unlock step-change improvements in demand, liquidity and transaction volume.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.

• Experience building and scaling marketplace, growth, engagement or recommendation products.

• Strong understanding of experimentation, user behavior, growth loops and product-led growth.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with behavioral, cohort and marketplace data.

• Experience owning growth, engagement, marketplace or transaction outcomes.

• Ability to identify the behavioral and marketplace constraints behind a metric—not simply optimize a funnel.

• Experience taking ambiguous problems from strategy and discovery through launch, experimentation and iteration.

• Strong product judgment, creativity and systems thinking.

• High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building marketplace matching, ranking, recommendation, pricing or notification systems.

• Experience with dealer, B2B, B2B2C or transaction-platform products.

• Automotive, logistics, commerce, mobility or auction marketplace experience.

• Experience launching products from 0→1 and scaling them across multiple markets.

• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
