About the Role

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you'll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities throughout the Boston, MA region, including communities in Chelsea, Peabody, Lawrence, Woburn, South Walpole, Milford, and Andover. Travel throughout the region is supported by a monthly auto allowance. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Sales

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Showcase community features and close leases.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.

Operations

• Manage lease files and system updates.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Marketing

• Update social media and execute marketing tasks.
• Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
