We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook familiar with dough prep that has a passion for hospitality. 1 year of dough or baking experience preferred.
Job RequirementsMust be available weekends and mornings
Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously throughout shift
Food Handlers license (Preferred)
Ability to stand for duration of shift.
Experience with commercial dough mixer (preferred)
Must ensure adequate standards for dough
Must be able to execute consistent quality under the direction of the shift leader and/or manager.
Completing all tasks on the prep list from manager/ shift leader
Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
Precision-oriented with a focus on exact measurements and consistent execution
Following DOH food standards and practices
Contributes to a positive kitchen atmosphere while maintaining workflow efficiency with team members
